Blood & Nectar Patch Notes
Patch 0.63The Talent Tree Goes Live
July 14–17, 2026
Twenty-one of the talent tree's thirty-six nodes get real combat effects — the tree stops being a picture of a plan and starts changing fights. They are wired through the engine's existing artifact hooks rather than new ones, so a talent proc and an artifact proc are the same kind of event, named in the log. Alongside it: serials on every traded item, and a match history you can read three ways.

Detailed Changes

CecropsCCecropsRework
Q is no longer a two-press ability. Golden Perimeter decides how it fires on the same turn, the same W-then-Q read the Sphinx runs.
QLaw of the Land
  • W first, then Q: second press of a two-press Q⇒Sunder: single target plus an Armor Break stack, +15 Momentum
  • Q without W: first press⇒Law of the Land: field-wide AoE and the Armor Break shatter, +10 Momentum (was net 0 as the old second press)

SYSTEMS

⚔️ Talents in Combat
Passive talent effects wired into the fight — 11 nodes, then 15, then 21, each named in the combat log.
♻️ Reuse, Not Rewrite
Talents run through the artifact effect layer instead of bespoke hooks, so one fix lands on both.
🔢 Fair-Trade Serials
Every tradeable item carries a serial, with a tool that audits the ledger against real holdings and heals the drift.
📜 Match History, Three Ways
Versus and List layouts, quest-style ANSI cards, and a Damage Meter with per-champion damage.
🌳 Web Talents
A standalone builder page, session-gated, with the level gate re-validated server-side rather than trusted from the browser.
🎒 Per-Champion Loadout
Talent page, artifact and potion travel together as one loadout, set from card inspect.
🚀 Deploy on Push
CI deploys beta and live on push to main — the whole thing becomes phone-operable.
